Summary Of Terms And Conditions

The Website and the Company WILL NOT DISCRIMINATE  (as stated in Galatians 3:28 in context) between race, religion or nationality. The User/Account Holder may use the Service AS LONG AS THEY ACKNOWLEDGE the following:

The greatest authority that we, the Website and the Company, the caretakers adhere to above and beyond anything else that is written in this document is the TaNaKh and the Canonized New Testament interpretation of the TaNaKh within the Bible. As such, in any dispute involving the Website and the Company with the aggrieved, we testify
    1. that the primary authority is as stated, the TaNaKh and the New Testament interpretation of the TaNaKh
    2. of the superior righteousness of the Ruler in Heaven, YHWH/Eloyhim
    3. of the folly of any human endeavour to assert any laws that contradict the TaNaKh and the New Testament in trying to resolve the dispute
  1. As a consequence of the statement above, we as the Website and the Company will, to our utmost ability, adhere to the principles outlined in the TaNaKh and the New Testament interpretation of the TaNaKh
    1. not lying
    2. not knowingly stating measures/products deceptively
    3. not recognizing any laws that contradict the TaNaKh and the New Testament interpretation of the TaNaKh
    4. not providing ANY refunds for subscriptions to the services within this Website, as overseen by the Company
  1. In light of the statements in 1. and 2., we DO NOT RECOGNIZE any attempt to use the human defined secular sovereign courts of laws of any country that refuses acknowledgement of these statements. If the user of the Service within the Website persists in spite of these immutable statements in 1. and 2. then fallback towards the Privacy Policies given below will be used with abhorrence. The only human laws the Company and Website comes anywhere close to acknowledgement as a secondarily active set of policies for governance is the Magna Carta.

In consideration of the fact that the Company and the workers of the Website are composed of Human Beings in its maintenance, WE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE our fallibility and any mistakes made will be confessed to (IF GENUINE) when it can be clearly shown that it contradicts the precepts of the TaNaKh and the New Testament interpretation of the TaNaKh

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the Court of Heaven via the Judgements in the TaNaKh and New Testament primarily and that of state or federal court of the United Kingdom secondarily  and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fathers Business and its affiliates and hold Fathers Business harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel and to decline the jurisdictions of laws contrary to the tenets of the Tanakh and the Canonized New Testament. Any usurpation of the authority of YHWH will be dealt with severely as determined by the laws and statues and precedence of judgement in the Tanakh and the Canonized New Testament.

Limitation on liability

Fathers Business is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
Fathers Business reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Fathers Business and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
The Website is subject to constant change and improvement and updates and Fathers Business cannot guarantee smooth service. If problems arise due to negligence by one of our caretakers, further disciplinary steps will be taken to improve the service. Fathers Business WILL NOT REFUND fees nor be held responsible for the loss of income or any derivative losses suffered whether the use of the service is tantamount to the loss or implied.
